Inclusion Criteria
Patients of either gender , aged 18-60, belonging to American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) status 1 or 2 undergoing elective surgery of two hours or more duration requiring endotracheal intubation after acquiring consent stating the procedure
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with neuromuscular disease
Allergy or hypersensitivity to drugs,
Undergoing neck surgeries
Unwilling patients
