- •Patients with recovering ARDS who are assisted with mechanical ventilation
- •patients with PF ratio > 150
- •patients assisted with PEEP at least 8 cmH2O
- •patients assisted with FiO2 equal or less than 60% to keep SpO2 >90%
- •patients with stable condition and stable FiO2 > 24 hours
排除标准
- •Age < 18 years old
- •Pneumothorax, Hemothorax, recent thoracic surgery
- •Active heart disease
- •COPD or lung bleb
