Inclusion Criteria

Professionals of the nursing sector; both sexes; pain equal to or greater than four; age between 18 and 50 years; ability to perform exercises.

Exclusion Criteria

History of neurological, infectious and systemic diseases; Lower back pain; Pregnancy or suspected pregnancy; Professionals with a history of previous lumbar spine surgery; Present two consecutive faults or alternating tees; Any co-operative dysfunction or inability to respond to the questionnaires.
