- Male or female with chronic non-specific low back pain (back pain more than 6 months)
- Age 20-55 years old
- Visual Analog Scale (VAS) between 20-60 millimeter
- Body mass index (BMI) between 18-25 kg/m2
- Red flags : fractures, cancer, HIV, inflammation Infection cauda equine syndrome and neurological disease
- Pregnancy
- Rheumatologic disorders
- Hip and Knee joint stiffness
- Past history of fracture or injury at spine
- Performing of core stabilize exercise before 3 months
- Use steroids or drugs for reduce back pain
