Inclusion Criteria
- •rotator cuff tear
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. allergies or contraindications to opiates and local anesthetics
- •2\. chronic pain syndromes
- •3\. psychiatric diagnoses (bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, major depressive disorder)
- •4\.substance abuse, and those who had treatment based on industrial accident insurance.
- •5\. unable to understand how to use the infusion pump or the pain scales
