Name Time Method sleep quality (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index; PSQI), <br>Assessment is carried out for the sleep quality before, after 6 weeks and after the intervention.

Sleep and health related parameter by use of questionnaires:<br>• Fatigue Scale <br>• Sleep reactivty (Ford Insomnia Response to Stress Test; FIRST)<br>• Psychological well-being (WHO-Five Well-Being Index)<br>• Numeric rating scale for subjective health status<br>2. Sleep and health related parameter by use of fitnesstrackers:<br>• physical activity (number of steps, active zone minutes)<br>• sleep duration and sleep efficience<br>3. General psychopathology: <br>• Depressive symptoms by use of Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9) and anxiety symptoms by use of Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale (GAD-7)<br>• Somatization by use of Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-15)<br>4. Credibility and expectancy by use of the Credibility and Expectancy questionnaire (CEQ)
