Inclusion Criteria

Subjects fulfilling Rotterdam criteria

menstrual irregularity ( History of oligo or amenorrhea)

signs of hyperandrogenism ( acne , hirsuitism , central alopecia )

signs of hyperinsulinemia ( obesity ,acanthosis nigricans )

Exclusion Criteria

Pregnancy

Hypothyroidism

Hyperprolactinemia

Adrenal hyperandrogenemia

Cushing Syndrome

Patients within two years of menarche
