Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Primipara mothers with a fear of childbirth that will be in the second trimester of pregnancy.
- •Primipara mothers with a fear of childbirth that will be having W\-DEQ score \>\=61\.
- •Primipara mothers with a fear of childbirth that will be in the age group 20\-35 years.
- •Primipara mothers with a fear of childbirth that will be having mild rise in blood pressure.
- •Primipara mothers with a fear of childbirth that will be able to read and understand English/Punjabi/Hindi.
- •Primipara mothers with a fear of childbirth willing to participate in study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Primipara mothers with a fear of childbirth who are expected to have child with abnormality/congenital anomaly.
- •Primipara mothers with a fear of childbirth that will be having W\-DEQ score \>100\.
- •Primipara mothers with a fear of childbirth with high risk pregnancy.
- •Primipara mothers with a fear of childbirth with indication for caesarean section.
- •Primipara mothers with a fear of childbirth who have attended other program on antenatal care.
- •Primipara mothers with a fear of childbirth that have a history of anxiety or depression or any other psychotic disorder.
