Inclusion Criteria
The gender is male.
have Bulbomembranous or a history of it
History of radiotherapy
History of radical prostatectomy and open prostatectomy
Exclusion Criteria
Have a history of once or twice internal ureterotomy
Suffering from cancer of the prostate, bladder and urethra
Urethral stricture more than 15 mm
Suffering from BXO (Balinitis xerotica Obliterans)
Have a history of straddle injury

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Comparison between the effect of intralesional Mitomycin-C and Triamcinolone on reducing the urethral stricture recurrence in patients undergoing internal urethrotomy surgery. Timepoint: The injection of Mitomycin C and Triamcinolone are injected into the urethra in groups in five sessions. These injections are given daily in the first week, every other day in the second week, and then twice a week for two months. Method of measurement: After the interventions, the symptoms of Urethral Sound Dilator (USD) in patients will be evaluated based on the QoL (Quality of life) and IPSS (The International Prostate Symptom Score) questionnaires, as well as uroflowmetry test.
