- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To measure Caval Aorta index (IVC:AO INDEX) and to compare the odds ratio between the groups for incidence of postspinal hypotensionTimepoint: In the preop holding area ultrasound will be performed and the caval aorta index will be measured. . Patient will receive spinal anasthesia.Hemodynamic parameters will be recorded every 2.5 minutes for the first 10 minutes and every 5 minutes till the end of surgery.
