- •1. Adult patients 18 - 65 years
- •2. Disease conditions: TBI, SAH
- •[a] patients admitted to ICU and requiring pharmacological support to manage blood pressure.
- •[b] both operated and non-operated
- •[a] anterior circulation aneurysms-ruptured
- •[b] operated patients
- •[c] requiring pharmacological therapy for BP augmentation.
排除标准
- •1. Penetrating head injury
- •2. No expected change in Systolic blood pressure inspite of maximum dose of Norepinephrine (not to exceed 0.5mcg/kg/min in our study)
- •3. Poor intracranial acoustic window
