Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Adult patients 18 \- 65 years
- •2\. Disease conditions: TBI, SAH
- •\[a] patients admitted to ICU and requiring pharmacological support to manage blood pressure.
- •\[b] both operated and non\-operated
- •\[a] anterior circulation aneurysms\-ruptured
- •\[b] operated patients
- •\[c] requiring pharmacological therapy for BP augmentation.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Penetrating head injury
- •2\. No expected change in Systolic blood pressure inspite of maximum dose of Norepinephrine (not to exceed 0\.5mcg/kg/min in our study)
- •3\. Poor intracranial acoustic window
