•Patients need surgery under general anaesthesia
1.Duration of surgery >= 1 hour
2.Age â?? All patients >= 20 year
3.Either sex
4.Who are willing to participate for this study
1.Emergency surgery
2. Patients ASA grade V
3. Allergy to study drugs
4. Patient refusal
5. Surgeries for less than 1 hours duration
6. Patients received more than one potent inhalational anaesthetics
7. Patients received continuous infusion of propofol, etomidate, dexmedomidine, ketamine or lignocaine
8. Patients received boluses of ketamine or midazolam
9.Patients developed hypothermia <34 degree C
