Children in the age group of 9 to 12 years requiring restorative treatment under nitrous oxide sedation AND ASA class 1 and 2
Children who will be found anxious using Modified Child Dental Anxiety Scale faces version (MCDASf) AND without any previous history of nitrous oxide – oxygen sedation procedure and requiring restorative procedure not exceeding 30 mins.
Children who are unable to accept breathing through the nasal mask.
Children with epilepsy or seizures and taking medication with sedative effects
Children with sensory processing disorders, musculoskeletal disorders and recent ear surgery.
Children with prevailing upper respiratory tract infection and chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder.

Name Time Method Blood pressure and Pulse rate checked as physiologic anxiety markers would show some difference with the music interventionTimepoint: Parameters will be checked first at the time participant is seated in the dental chair , second reading will be taken after cavity preparation and last and third reading will be taken 5 mins post sedation.
