Inclusion Criteria
Patients who give written consent to participate in the research study
Patients in the age range of 18-50 years
Sex- Male or Female
Normal Hearing aiblity (as per self report by the patients or file report)
Patients who will be undergoing spinal surgery (thoracic or lumbar or sacral region)
Exclusion Criteria
Patients having hearing impairment
Current or history of psychiatric illnesses or mental retardation
Intake of any medication or drugs which has influence on the hypothalamo-hypophyseal or the sympathetic nervous system
