Group Intervention Description Study group Cottle's septoplasty and radiocoagulation conchoplasty Patients underwent septoconchoplasty with or without turbionplasty. Surgeons used nasal splits. Control group Cottle's septoplasty and radiocoagulation conchoplasty Patients underwent septoconchoplasty with or without turbionplasty. Surgeons didn't use nasal splits.
