Inclusion criteria :
Cases of Idiopathic Central Serous Chorioretinopathy ( CSCR) with visual symptoms less than one month in one or both eyes; CSCR confirmed by Fluorescien Angiography (F/A) and Optical CoherenceTomography (OCT) including Central Serous Retinal detachment and or Retinal Pigment epithelial detachment without evidence of any other possible case of exudation.
exclusion criteria:
Pregnancy and Lactation; Any Contraindication of Rifampin usage
including liver disorders ; Patients who used Corticosteroid(Oral, injection, oint, spray) in last 6 months; Any clinical or F/A or OCT sign of Chronic or recurrent CSCR; Using drugs which have interaction with rifampin(during study period); Using 5-phosphodiestrase inhibiting drugs in last 6 months.

Name Time Method Anatomical Changes. Timepoint: every month till 3 months. Method of measurement: Clinical exam and Optical Coherence Tomography.;Visual Changes. Timepoint: every month till 3 months. Method of measurement: Snelen Chart.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Serum Cortisol Level. Timepoint: every month till 2 months after intervention. Method of measurement: Measuring Serum Cortisol Level at 8 AM.
