Inclusion Criteria
History Of Cataract Surgery With IOL Implantation
Opacity of the posterior capsule to the extent that it causes blurring of vision
Exclusion Criteria
Baseline intraocular pressure above 24 mm/Hg
History Of Any Previous Corneal Surgery( Corneal Graft, Keratorefractive Surgery,...)
History Of Glaucoma
Keratoconus
Corneal Edema

Name Time Method Intraocular Pressure Rise. Timepoint: One hour before YAG laser capsulotomy, 0.5, 4 and 24 hours after YAG laser capsulotomy. Method of measurement: Canon Air Puff ( Non Contact) Tonometer.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Blood Pressure. Timepoint: 30 minutes, before and a half, 4 and 24 hours after using eye drops. Method of measurement: Blood pressure manometer.;Heartbeat ( pulse rate ). Timepoint: 30 minutes, before and a half, 4 and 24 hours after using eye drops. Method of measurement: Pulse Oximeter.;Neusea - Vomiting. Timepoint: 30 minutes, before and a half, 4 and 24 hours after using eye drops. Method of measurement: Observation and clinical examination.;Dry mouth.
