Inclusion Criteria
- Non-traumatic out-of-hospital cardiac arrest patient in Taipei distric
- Patients sent to National Taiwan University Hospital (NTUH) through Jhongsiao Emergency medical service (EMS) team

- Traumatic cardia arrest
- Patients not sent to NTUH by Jhongsiao EMS team
