Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •The study will be performed on adult patients, aged 18\-65 years, with NYHA class 1\-3 undergoing elective colorectal surgery under general anaesthesia, will be considered for the study. Other criteria that will be considered for inclusion are body weight: 55 kg \-140 kg and serum albumin \>2\.5 gm/dl. Patients who will give written informed consent to participate in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •The following patients will be excluded.
- •I.Patients with Cognitive limitation
- •II.Patients with Ejection fraction \<30%
- •III.Patients with active cardiac dysrhythmia (e.g., rate controlled atrial fibrillation)
- •IV.Patients with Pulmonary disease where expected to receive less than 8 ml/kg tidal volumes
- •V.Patients with Sleep apnoea
- •VI.Patients with Renal disease
