Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Neurosurgical patientsof either gender in the age group 18\-65 years of American Society Of Anaesthesiologist(ASA)grade II\-III undergoing Elective Craniotomy.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Any patients with Systemic infections, cardiac disease, degenerative neurological disease, hepatic disease, diabetes mellitus, pregnant and nursing females.
