Inclusion Criteria

ââ?¬â?? age 20 -50 years

- having hamstring tightness evaluated with active knee extension test, with loss of >20 degree of knee extension

- exclusion of red flags for dry needling and foam rolling

Exclusion Criteria

-Any known musculoskeletal disorder of lower limb or spine.

- Any neurological or psychological symptoms

- Person doing regular stretching or under any stretching program.

- fear of needling procedure
