Both gender
Age 50-79 years
At least 50% of activities-specific Balance Confidence Scale
Exclusion Criteria
Disabled individuals were left out of the loop
Those who had serious mobility issues were not included
People who needed a walker or cane to get about were not included
Coronary artery disease patients were not included
