Inclusion Criteria
Patients with renal stones about to undergo Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with history of overactive bladder (frequency >3 times in the night or >8 times in 24 h), neurogenic bladder, morbid obesity, chemical substance abuse, chronic pain, and cardiovascular, hepatic or any psychiatric disease will be excluded.

Name Time Method Arterial concentration of dexmedetomidine in both the groupsTimepoint: At 30 minutes, 1, 2, 3, 6, 12 & 24 hours after administration of drug.
