Inclusion Criteria
patients candidate for surgery of impacted third molar in bone (level C)
Age between 18 to 35 years
Both sides are affected symmetrically
Exclusion Criteria
Crestal bone over teeth less than 1 mm thick
Distally impacted mandibular molar
The distance of crown of tooth to second molar root less than 2 mm
Patients with systemic diseases or receiving cortocosteroids
