Inclusion Criteria

Phase 1

Young adults aged between 18-25 years.

Phase 2

Young adults aged between 18-25 years diagnosed to have prehypertension (Systolic BP (SBP) 120 to 139 and Diastolic BP (DBP) 80 to 89 mm Hg) and having android mobile phones.

Exclusion Criteria

Young adults who are already diagnosed have other systemic disorders.

Young adults who are on medications for any other ailments.
