All of the children over two years; with colonoscopy indication.
Exclusion critria:Patients with cardiac;nephrologic; metabolic disorder; known case of allergy to Pydrolax/Bisacodil; clinical picture of moderate to severe colitis; fecal impaction; emergency colonoscopy.
