To determine the short term and sustained intra-ocular pressure (IOP) changes after intravitreal injection of bevacizumab in patients with diabetic retinopathy (DR).

入选标准
- •Patients giving consent;
- •Patients of both gender aged between 18-60 years;
- •Diabetic patients with indication for intravitreal anti-VEGF treatment, including CSME (as per operational definition) and PDR without any traction on retina.
排除标准
- •Patients who had intravitreal injections of triamcinolone acetonide any time up until 6 months prior to the study.
- •Patients with active uveitis or ocular ischemic syndrome.
- •Diagnosed with any type of glaucoma or pre injection ocular hypertension.
- •History of any intraocular surgery.
- •History of use systemic steroids or beta- blockers.
