Inclusion Criteria
age between 40-85 years; ASA I and II; lack of sensitivity to drugs; lack of substance abuse; lack of epidural contraindications; duration of surgery 90-120 minute.
Exclusion criteria: body mass index 35 and more; need to general anesthesia; duration surgery more than 120 minute; other fracture; chronic disease.

Name Time Method Heart rate. Timepoint: Every 5 minute to 15 minute and every 15 minute to 1 hour in surgery? and in recovery. Method of measurement: Count in minute.;Respiratory rate. Timepoint: Every 5 minute to 15 minute and every 15 minute to 1 hour in surgery?. Method of measurement: Count in minute.;Blood pressure. Timepoint: Every 5 minute to 15 minute and every 15 minute to 1 hour in surgery? and in recovery. Method of measurement: Sphygomanometer.;Pain.
