1. All volunteers should be in general good health without any systemic disease or oral diseases such as periodontal diseases.
2. Volunteers with full permanent dentition.
3. All volunteers should be dextrous.
1. Smokers and patients with any kind of dental prosthesis, caries or any other biofilm retentive factor, with exception of dental calculus.
2. Those who used systemic antibiotics within 3 months prior to the start of the study.
3. Those who possessed systemic conditions that exerted an effect on periodontal health, such as diabetes.
