Inclusion Criteria
1.ASA1 and ASA2 patients of either sex
2.patients aged between 18years to 75 years
3.Fasted patients undergoing elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy and other elective surgeries under general anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patient refusal.
2.Pregnant women.
3.Patient with hip and spine fracture.
4.Patient with anatomic abnormalities or pathologies, previous history of surgeries on oesophagus and stomach.
5.Body mass index >40.
6.Patients with nasogastric tube insitu.
7.Emergency surgeries.
