Inclusion Criteria
Pediatric patients who underwent elective femoral surgical operations (e.g. fracture fixation, deformity correction, osteotomy)
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with peripheral vascular disease, history of deep vein thrombosis, history of bone infection and malignancy, bleeding disorders, and had any associated injuries affecting further blood loss
