Inclusion Criteria
Lower pole renal stone > 15mm
Non-lower pole renal stone>20 mm
Caliceal diverticular stone,
Staghorn or partial staghorn stone
Failed to response to SWL (Shock Wave Lithotripsy)
Radiopaque or semiopaque renal stones in plain abdominal radiography
Exclusion Criteria
Solitary kidney
Abnormal renal function

Name Time Method Operation duration. Timepoint: One time after the procedure. Method of measurement: By lessen the time of surgery initiation from the time of end of surgery.;Radiation duration. Timepoint: One time during the procedure. Method of measurement: By reading the operation note.;Become stone free after single session. Timepoint: one time in the first visit after procedure. Method of measurement: By ultrasonography.;Stone migration to ureter. Timepoint: One time in the first visit after procedure. Method of measurement: By ultrasonography.;Need for blood transfusion.
