Inclusion Criteria
1)Patients who undergo off pump CABG with cleveland score more than or equal to 3.
2)Patients who were already using nicorandil and stopped for more than 7 days.
3)Patients were undergoing isolated off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting surgery.
4)Signed informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
1)Patients who were converted from off pump to on pump CABG
2)Patients who were already using nicorandil till the day of surgery
3)Patients who undergo off pump CABG with cleveland score less than 3
