All adult patients of either gender aged between16-65 years in ASA-Physical Status 1 and 2 undergoing endotracheal intubation for an elective procedure in operation theatre of tertiary care hospital will be included.
Exclusion criteria will be Emergency surgeries requiring rapid sequence induction of anaesthesia, those are intubated prior coming to OT, patients planned for supraglottic airway, patients with maxillofacial trauma, patients with known facial & orolaryngopharyngeal pathology, patients with restricted mouth opening & anticipated difficult airway, BMI >35 & ASA physical status 2 & 3

Name Time Method To compare no of attempts of intubation, ease of intubation, time taken for intubation, Percentage of Glottic Opening (POGO) score and incidence of complication Airtraq® laryngoscope with a bougie Versus without a bougie.Timepoint: 2020-2022
