入选标准
- •Patient age 18-80 years old with ASA physical status I-III
- •Patients who was schedule for and elective laminectomy with or with out fusion between 1-3 levels at lumbar spine.
排除标准
- •1. Patient who had contraindication to epidural analgesia
- •2. Patient who refuse or not cooperate while performing epidural analgesia
- •3. patient who are not capable of using patient controlled analgesia machine.
- •4. Patient who refuse to be in the study.
- •5. Patient who is allergic to any medication used in the study protocol.
- •6. Patient with renal impairment with GFR < 30 ml/min 1.73m2
