Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • \-Patient schedule for Decompression laminectomy with or with out fusion surgery, 1\-3 levels
  • \-age 18\-80 years
  • \-ASA physical status I\-III

Exclusion Criteria

  • \-patient with contraindication to perform epidural block
  • \-patient who refuse epidural anesthesia
  • \-patient who has allergy to any of drug used in the study
  • \- kidney disease with GFR \< 30 ml/min/1\.73m2
