- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Present study will provide the insight into expression profiling of cytokines & chemokines in frail elderly patients. And the impact of Nordic walking will help analyze the alteration in expression profile of the inflammatory proteins. Additionally it will also help in understanding the molecular alterations via plasma derived exosomes. Furthermore study would also help in identifying and explore the potential of the altered molecules as biomarker in frail elderly group.Timepoint: at baseline & at three months
