简要总结

Smartphones and digital platforms are now part of everyday student life. While they offer many benefits, excessive or uncontrolled use can affect sleep, concentration, stress levels, and overall well-being. University students may be especially vulnerable to these effects. This study examines whether Preksha Dhyana can help students build a healthier relationship with digital technology. The study will assess whether the meditation practice improves digital engagement (screen time and SAS-SV score), mindfulness, reduces perceived stress, and enhances sleep quality. Undergraduate students will participate in a guided meditation program, and their digital engagement and well-being will be assessed before and after the program.
