Inclusion Criteria

1.Patient with ASA-I & ASA-II physical status

2.Patients between 18-60 years of age of either sex

3.Patient scheduled for elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgery

Exclusion Criteria

1.Patient refused to participate

2.The patient posted for emergency surgery

3.Patients receiving drugs such as beta-blockers, epinephrine, insulin,

benzodiazepines, and serum dextrose.

4.Pregnant or lactating mothers

5.Patients with obesity grade II or III (BMI >35)

6.Patients with renal failure, CLD, endocrine problems, rheumatic

disease, malignancy
