Inclusion Criteria
1.clinically confirmed cases of OSMF2.histologically confirmed cases of OSCC
3.Healthy volunteers having no oral lesion and not having the habit of tobacco or alcohol uses
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients receiving radiotherapy or chemotherapy
2.Patients under medications such as immunomodulators or immunosuppressors
3.Patients with bleeding disorders
4.Patients below the age group of 18 years
5.Patients suffering from autoimmune diseases
6.Physiological conditions such as pregnancy.
