Inclusion Criteria
Newborns developed culture-positive sepsis and showing the sign of remission at 9th day of antibiotic treatment.
Exclusion Criteria
Meningitis, abscess, osteomyelitis
Gross congenital anomaly
Fungal sepsis
With central venous line
Needs Mechanical ventilation/ inotropic support
