Inclusion Criteria

Be enrolled in the Naval Academy in any year of training; accept to participate in the study by agreeing to the Free and Informed Consent Term ; be able to understand and write in Portuguese (criterion for foreign students) and have a smartphone-type cellular device with possibility of accessing the Internet and free e-mail, text and voice messaging applications, such as SMS (Short Message Service), WhatsApp, Telegram applications, etc.

Exclusion Criteria

Those who do not meet the eligibility criteria described above or who have withdrawn from enrollment will be excluded from the study.
