Inclusion Criteria

- All patients who undergoing coronary artery bypass surgery .
- Patients over 18 years
- willingness to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria
- patients over 85 years
- patients with unstable angina
- Patients with moderate to severe renal impairment (glomerular filtration rate less than mL / min / m2 45)
- developing cirrhosis of the liver
- Oral administration of drugs glibenclamide or nicorandil (due to drug interactions).
