- •- All patients who undergoing coronary artery bypass surgery .
- •- Patients over 18 years
- •- willingness to participate in the study
- •Exclusion criteria
- •- patients over 85 years
- •- patients with unstable angina
- •- Patients with moderate to severe renal impairment (glomerular filtration rate less than mL / min / m2 45)
- •- developing cirrhosis of the liver
- •- Oral administration of drugs glibenclamide or nicorandil (due to drug interactions).
