Patients providing written informed consent voluntarily.
2) Patients belonging to age group 18 - 60 years of both sexes.
3) Patients measuring height 150-180cms and weighing 50-80kgs.
4) Patients scheduled for upper limb orthopedic surgery under supraclavicular brachial plexus block.
5) American society of anaesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I and II
1) Patients refusing written informed consent.
2) Patients having infections at the site of injection. 3) Clinically significant coagulopathy.
4) Allergic to the study drugs.
5) Cardiogenic or hypovolemic shock.
6) Preexisting motor and sensory deficit.
7) Respiratory insufficiency.
