Inclusion Criteria
The patients undergoing coronary artery bypass surgery with significant stenosis of LAD and at least one other major coronary vessel were enrolled.
Exclusion Criteria
1) emergency bypass surgery, 2) ejection fraction < 40%, 3) recent infarction < 4 wk, 4) combined other cardiac procedure 5) age > 80 year, 6) prolonged clamp time
