1)Lab confirmed COVID 19 by RT-PCR test
2)Patients admitted between APRIL 2020 to
APRIL 2021
3) > 16 years of Age
4)Duration of Admission more than 7 days
1)COVID -19 RT-PCR Negative
2) < 16 Years of Age
3)Pregnancy
4)Duration of Admission Less than 7 days
5)Patients with prior Renal failure, chronic inflammatory disorders like (RA, Autoimmune disorders, Inflammatory bowel disease, Malignancy)
6)Patients with other infections either preexisting or diagnosed secondary infections after admission
