(1) Patients meeting the above diagnostic criteria;
(2) Swallowing contrast examination (VFSS) showed that the patient had dysphagia during the phagocytic period;
(3) The current diet is restricted, and the oral food intake scale score is less than or equal to 5; Watian drinking water score Level 3 or above;
(4) The simple mental status examination (MMSE) score is 21 or above, can understand and execute the simple instructions of the treatment staff, has good cognitive ability, can cooperate and is willing to receive examination and treatment;
(5) Age between 40 and 75 years old;
(6) Patients with clear consciousness and stable vital signs;
(7) Voluntary participation in research and signed informed consent.
(1) Those with dysphagia caused by non-stroke;
(2) Pregnant or lactating women;
(3) Combined with serious primary chronic diseases such as heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and endocrine system, severe dementia, language understanding Patients with severe disorders and mental illness;
