women with ovarian cyst
1) dermoid cyst is suspected in preoperative CT, MRI or sonography
2) aged =20 and =40 years
2) ovarian cyst = 3 cm and <10 cm in size
3) regular menstrual cycle
1)previous history of ovarian cyst surgery
2)any suspicious findings of malignant ovarian diseases,
3)postmenopausal status
4)women who are pregnant
5) taking any medication such as oral contraceptive pills or other hormonal agents within 3 months before enrollment, women
6) who had endocrine disorder such as thyroid dysfunction, hyperprolactinemia, cushing's syndrome
7) if the enucleated ovarian cyst is not dermoid cyst at final pathologic results
