Inclusion Criteria

ASA 1-2 patients undergoing elective gynaecological laparoscopic procedures of the age 18 years to 65 years with APFEL score equal to or more than 2.

Exclusion Criteria

1) Hypersensitivity to any of the study drugs

2) Patients with hyposmia or anosmia
