1)Age 20 †59 years
2)18.5 < BMI < 23 kg.m-2
3)No consumption of supplementation at least 3 months
4)No regular smoking and alcohol drinking
Overweight and obese individuals
1)Age 20 †59 years
2)23 ≤ BMI ≥ 34.9 kg.m-2
3)Not enrollment in any reducing weight program
4)No consumption of supplementation at least 3 months
5)No regular smoking and alcohol drinking
1)Pregnancy
2)Abnormal EKG
3)Diagnosis with hypertension
4)Diagnosis with dyslipidemia
5)Diagnosis with type 2 diabetes mellitus
6)Diagnosis with kidney and liver diseases
